These terms govern your use of CMG 360™, provided by CMG Financial Solutions™. By creating an account you agree to them. The short version: use the service honestly, your data stays yours, and the reports inform your judgment — they don't replace it.
The service
CMG 360™ analyzes the business and financial information you provide, scores it across seven operating domains, benchmarks it against industry data, and produces reports with recommendations. Creating an account and producing a report requires no payment; paid plans are optional, billed as described at purchase, and can be cancelled at any time.
Not professional advice
Reports are generated from the information you supply and from industry benchmark data, and are provided for informational purposes. They are not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice, and they are only as accurate as the figures you enter. Consult a qualified professional before acting on significant financial decisions.
Your content and our platform
- You retain all rights to the data you enter and the reports produced for you.
- The CMG 360™ platform, framework, and report formats remain the property of CMG Financial Solutions™.
- You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to access other customers' data, reverse-engineering the platform, or using it to build a competing product.
Liability
We work hard to keep the service accurate and available, but it is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, CMG Financial Solutions™ is not liable for business decisions made in reliance on the reports, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid for the service.
Ending things
You can cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On request, we will delete your account and its data (see the Privacy Policy).
